Read and Write Ford SID209 with PCMTuner Success 
Password -> obd. Read password via OBD before removing ECU from vehicle.  If you do by obd make sure to have a battery maintainer.
Reading/writing -> boot + resistance 1k x2. Pull ECU and use the 2 1k ohm resistors and do the connections just like the instructions state.
There are 2 values to change, to unlock OBD write, of course you need a boot read first.

Connect 1 kΩ resistors to two via points, connect the end of the resistors to the two upper pads.

Always be careful when you open ecu and when you are soldering not to damage components

2016 model don’t need to read password. With pcmtuner no need read password, with some other tool yes.

PCMTuner read, write and clone Audi a4 transmission TCU VL300 successfully.

Using Module 58 bsl mode.

Pcm tuner is ok on these, but tcu ONLY has boot mode for cloning.

Always drill hole big enough to make sure you can connect resistor. Otherwise will fail to read eeprom and flash.

pcmtuner read, write and clone without problem

Bosch MED17.1 is easy on bench module 71.

update the TPROT Version, you cannot read it on bench. PCMtuner can read fine in module 53 BSL, and also ID/write OBD …Just fine.

Read security Tprot for MED17.1 there Audi Skoda and VW read complete success using boot solution.

the possibility read and write has been tested and it is level 10 security.

VW 1.2 tdi DCM 3.7 Read/Write with pcmtuner via OBD module 54 successfully. EGF off is done after loads with Flex, never had issue. This is a big power engine. Extra charger is not necessary for me. But is always better to have.

Used today PCMTuner with Forscan as J2354 interface, learned new keys on a 2011 Ford fiesta, working very good, fast connection, everything worked just great!

PCMTuner read Ford Kuga edc17c70 in obd module 56 or in bench module 71
 
Both OBD and Bench work fine.

OBD is good. We have tested on Ford Kuga 2018. OBD Module 56 is a little slow, but module 71 works a charm.

Fiat Ducato Edc17cp52 ECU works perfectly with pcmtuner. Fiat Iveco EDC17CP52 bench read/write without problem in module 71.

Requires capacitors on gpt connections.

Need GPT1 +10uF or 100uF cap and extra ground at pin21.
