Micropod2 and DRB3 Reset 2005 Crossfire SRT6 TPMS

I only used this to reset the TPMS to clear the dash light and recognize four new Schrader 20028 sensors on my 2005 Crossfire SRT6.

I would like to thank EOBD2shop.com regarding the specifics of what to buy and how to get it to work.

The steps to do the TPMS reset is very helpful
For reference I did not have to modify my Micropod, and I used a doughnut magnet to trigger the sensors as prompted, so I did not need a separate scanning tool. I purchased my Micropod from the EOBD2shop.com website per the link that many have recommended. (It did come with all software needed, for $135.) I also followed the posted instructions regarding recommended computer and procedure to load the software. I would have never figured this out on my own.

I am located in the southern Va. if anyone in the area may want help in resetting their TPMS light after installing new sensors. We’ll give it a try.

Bought this wiTech MicroPod 2 for my husband for Fathers day. When he said he really liked the scanner, I knew I made a great choice form him....HE LOVEs the thing, I think, even more than he loves me.

Easy to use and gives you accurate code descriptions. Honestly thought it would be cheap because of the price but its built solid and hasn't busted from my abuse.

Just ordered a Chinese clone MicroPod 2 (the SP271-C1) and it has been working exactly like an OEM unit.
    
The provided software is the same as the Chrysler OEM software (verified with file size and md5 hash). This version must communicate to the witech server to verify valid serial number.

I don’t have experience with Windows XP. But this version of Witech works fine on Windows 7 and Windows 10.  (I did try an android ap called chrysler pin pull off google store that promised to get the pin via obd2 dongle but I couldn’t get it to work on mine but may work for others)

No errors so far and tested functions on 3 different vehicles. It has been confirmed working with unmodified software wiTECH v17.03.10 (downloaded directly from Chrysler) and online (logged into TechAuthority). Not sure if it will be blacklisted or the firmware will be updateable with the next software release, but for now it works fine.

One vehicle i tested with: a 2014 dodge avenger …. just fine.

was able to flash a module update and program a new key with the unit.

try the emulator on: DRB III emulator confirmed working.

The witech micropod 2 only works offline so non of the dealer facilities (no ecu updates/wiring diagrams/online manuals) but diagnostic tests and programming work fine

Why do people 5 star a review when they haven't even tested the product. 5 stars for shipping and haven't tested?
I've been trying to get WiFi setup for days. No documentation, just a crappy video. I'm a advanced user and no matter what I can't get a IP address for the unit. I followed the video, another step by step on the net and used the help in the config manager and I never get an IP address to use it's wireless feature. It says WiFi is enabled and it says it's starting when you turn it on in the config but I get a yellow light in the configurator and never turn green and never get an IP address.. I go into my router and checked the devices and It never shows. I also reset to defaults and tried again over and over trying different things and it won't work. I consider this useless without wireless. Using usb cables just wears out the jack when you do as much diagnostics as I do as well as having to be in the car to do anything.
Update, finally got it to work, I reinstalled the software and then I had the option to repair the installation . Looks like the config file was damaged. Went and tried it on another network and it connected wirelessly. Look like it did like my ssid with a underscore in the name? ( _ ) No read me file or documentation found for installing the DRB3
